What does it take to get an e-money licence in Seychelles?

To hold an e-money licence in Seychelles, you need the Electronic money issuer licence from Central Bank of Seychelles. Published minimum capital: An electronic money issuer holds unimpaired initial capital of not less than SCR 1,000,000 (NPS (Electronic Money) Regulations 2022, reg 5(1)).
