What does it take to get a remittance licence in Seychelles?

To hold a remittance licence in Seychelles, you need the Payment service provider licence from Central Bank of Seychelles. Timeline
The Central Bank informs the applicant within 21 days whether the application is complete (reg 5(1)); it grants or refuses within 60 days of a complete application (reg 5(2)); and, on grant, issues the authorisation certificate within 7 business days of receipt of the authorisation fee (SI 99/2025, reg 5(2A)).
