Somalia: No standalone payment-service-provider / aggregator / payment-gateway licence category is published in Somalia's regulatory framework: the Central Bank of Somalia's licence categories on its regulations index are banks, mobile money service providers, money transfer businesses, MFIs and takaful — none a payment-processing/aggregator licence. Payment processing runs through the licensed mobile-money and money-transfer categories. No payment-processing register is published.
